Branch and Bloom is a weekly afterschool gathering for middle school-aged kids who are still learning how to navigate friendships, big feelings, and group dynamics—but thrive outside the classroom.

While children build confidence, flexibility, and connection through low-pressure outdoor activities, their parents gather nearby for support, tools, and real talk.

This group is designed to support both kids and their grownups—offering a unique opportunity to grow stronger, together.

 

🌿 What to Expect:

• Nature-based social activities that foster connection and emotional regulation

• A trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming environment

• Gentle structure without pressure to perform or “fit in”

• A parallel parent group for support, reflection, and community

• Led by experienced educators, coaches, and parents who get it

 

🕒 Thursdays at Flourish Counseling

( 2629 Redwing Rd, Suite 280, Fort Collins):

• 5:00pm-6:00pm

Each group runs for 6 weeks.
Minimum 3 participants, maximum 5 per group.

💲 Cost:

Each Branch & Bloom pair registers separately for

both the kid group and the parent group:

• $200 for the kids’ group (register below)

• $200 for the parent support group (register through Flourish Counseling — most insurance accepted)

Total: $400 for six weeks of parallel support and connection.
It’s two groups, one shared experience — growing stronger together. 🌿

💛 Program Info:

• For middle school-aged kids AND their parent or caregiver

• Starts Thursday, October 30th through December 11th, no meeting the week of Thanksgiving 

• Limited group sizes to ensure meaningful connection

• You must register for both the parent and kid groups.
