Service Description

A nature themed social group for middle schoolers who crave connection, belonging, and nature. Co-led by Blue Tulip Inclusive Education and Flourish Counseling: this program helps kids strengthen social-emotional skills through nature based play, teamwork, and reflection. While kids explore friendships and communication through nature activities, parents can join a parallel support group (run by the therapist) to share insights and strategies—creating growth for the whole family.

Cancellation Policy

Registration Process • All families register through Blue Tulip Inclusive Education. • After registering, you will receive a follow-up email with required intake forms from Flourish Counseling & Wellness. These forms must be completed before the first session so the therapists can provide safe, appropriate support for parents. Payment • Payment is due at the time of registration and is required to hold your child’s spot. • Because our group is intentionally kept small (max 5 kids), we cannot hold spaces without payment. Cancellations & Refunds • Cancellations made 7 days or more before the program start date will receive a full refund. • Cancellations made within 7 days of the start date are non-refundable, as staffing, materials, and group planning are already finalized. • Missed sessions (illness, overload, schedule conflicts, etc.) are not refundable or transferable, to protect group cohesion and consistency. Program Cancellations • If Branch & Bloom must be canceled due to low enrollment, illness, or other unexpected circumstances, families will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future session. Attendance & Group Safety • Consistent attendance helps middle schoolers feel connected and supported. Please do your best to attend each week. • If your child is having a tough day (sensory overwhelm, shutdown, etc.), they are still welcome—just let us know so we can prepare. • If a child’s needs exceed what the group can safely support, we will work with the family to determine next steps in the most caring, collaborative way. Communication • You’ll receive email updates, reminders, and any weather-related changes. • Please ensure the email used at registration is one you check regularly. • Questions or concerns at any time? Reach out—we’re here to support your whole family.
